Tabantaabo Relief & Development Organization (T.R.D.O), is a local non-governmental, nonpolitical and non-profit making local organization. The organization was established in in Mid2019, to undertake humanitarian, emergency and development interventions in Somalia
The organization was formed by a group of professionals coming from diverse background who
have been in the humanitarian and development fields and realized the need to contribute to their
communities in a very positive and sustainable way. The main aim of Tabantaabo Relief &
Development Organization (T.R.D.O) is to contribute towards improving people’s basic needs of
those adversely affected by conflict, recurrent droughts, floods through sustainable agriculture,
health and nutrition, education, and water and sanitation, training and building capacities of the
communities, as well as promotion and protection of human rights, gender issues, governance and
provision of humanitarian assistance in emergency responses through partnership and coordination
with United Nation (UN) Agencies, International/National non-governmental organization, local
communities and other well-wishers. Tabantaabo Relief & Development Organization (T.R.D.O)
has Main Office in Mogadishu with other offices located in South-West, Hirshabelle, Galmudug
and Jubaland States. Tabantaabo Relief & Development Organization (T.R.D.O) is registered with
National and Federal Member States of Somalia, has close coordination and work relation with the
line ministries and other stakeholders.
The organization has well-structured management, administrative policies and financial guidelines
through which it performs its obligations. Tabantaabo Relief & Development Organization
(T.R.D.O) is managed by independent non-partisan indigenous professionals whom have been
experiencing practically and technically on various fields of humanitarian sectors and community
development projects that felt the need of development in the community. Tabantaabo Relief &
Development Organization (T.R.D.O) has several years of experience in implementing projects
such as food security, nutrition, health and water targeting the vulnerable and poor communities in
South and Central part of Somalia in which the organization gained impressive results both at the
donor and community level.

rights, gender equality, governance and provision of humanitarian assistance in emergency
responses through partnership and coordination with United Nation (UN) agencies, Government
authorities, International/National non-governmental organization, communities and other wellwishers
